We invite you to submit a proposal to the 9th International Educational Technology Conference (IETC 2009) (http://ietc2009.hacettepe.edu.tr/). It will take place at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey, on May 6th - 8th, 2009.

The main theme of the conference is “Future Trends in Learning and Instructional Technologies”.
