The Second SIWN Congress (SIWN 2009) aims to provide a distinctive premier international forum for active researchers, developers, professionals and academics from different domains and with diversified backgrounds to get together, to share state-of-the-art research achievements and practical experiences, to exchange in-depth findings and innovative ideas, and in particular to harness the greatest challenges and think seriously into the future.

==Submission==
SIWN 2009 only considers manuscripts of original contributions. A manuscript submitted should neither have been published nor have been under review for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts submitted will be sent to 3-4 members of the International Technical Committees of the Conferences for peer reviews, on which the acceptance decision will be based. To avoid confusion, please do not submit the same paper to multiple Conferences here co-located.

 

To make a submission of manuscript, please follow the online submission of relevant Conference as follows.

A manuscript for submission to the Conference should be prepared according to the Instructions for Authors of the Journal. Sample Word Doc and Latex file of Camera-Ready Versions (CRV) are available on http://siwn.org.uk/press/ita.htm There is a page limitation upon CRV of accepted papers, i.e., 7 formatted pages.

All accepted papers of the Conferences, both CRV and presentation (printed as one-slide-a-page PDF) files, will be included in the CD-ROM Proceedings of SIWN 2009 which is available for participants at the Conferences to promote the widest exchange and dissemination at the Conferences.

SIWN 2009 welcomes Workshops, Invited Sessions and Tutorials on new emerging areas. Please discuss Workshop/Tutorial proposals with the Chairs.

Post-Conference Journal Publication

Accepted papers of the Conferences will be invited to publish in the International Journal: <<Communications of SIWN>> (ISSN 1757-4439) after the Conferences. Note that there is a separate page charge for publishing at CoSIWN Journal, see the "Author Subscription" at http://siwn.org.uk/press/ita.htm The print copy of the CoSIWN Journal will be delivered to authors upon publication. The schedule is planned as follows.

    20 April 2009            Revised Papers submitted to CoSIWN Journal

    10 May 2009            Proof Correction of CRV

    10 June 2009           Publication at CoSIWN Journal

Submission of revised papers for CoSIWN Journal should be sent by e-mail to the editorial.

 

Furthermore, best papers selected from the conferences will be published, in full-length expanded version, at the highly reputed << International Transactions on Systems Science and Applications >>
