==Scope of the Session== Innovation is currently most interesting and exciting concept for directing human activity. However, this concept is not sufficiently investigated in practice: the critical meaning in this concept is not improvement, but destructive creation. The commonly established framework or traditionally based knowledge should be reconsidered in accordance with the radical principle of our motivation. This session will be organized with respect to such a problematic viewpoint. This session concentrate on knowledge innovation, knowledge management and knowledge-based structure. The keywords in our topic are advanced framework for innovation, basic principle of innovation, innovated knowledge management, knowledge-oriented information system, knowledge discovery, knowledge inference, creative activity, etc. Topics of Interest * Knowledge-oriented infromation system * Knowledge discovery & data mining * Personal infromation and contents management * Context-based data and knowledge management * Media integration and multimedia infromation & kowledge management * Ubiquitous and mobile data & knowledge management * Web services and web applications * Web, weblog and email mining and knowledge discovery * Intelligent man-machine interface and human-computer interaction * Infomation filtering, recommendation and personalization ==Important Dates== Submission of papers 14 March 2008 Notification of acceptance 11 April 2008 Submission of camera-ready papers 1 May 2008 Submission of Paper Papers must correspond to the requirements detailed in the Paper Submission, which is placed on the conference web site. All papers must be presented by one of the authors, who must be registered in advance. The accepted papers in the invited session will include in the conference proceedings, which will be published by Springer in LNCS/LNAI. When formatting papers, please refer to the Springer-Verlag web site, and strictly follow the Instructions to LNCS Authors. Maximam papaer length is 8 pages.
