    [[Media:Prabu D currently holds an appointment as Technical Leader(Researcher) with the Wipro Technologies, USA. As a part of Technical work he is associated with the Hewlett Packard Co ( SWD/NAS Dept.) Colorado, USA  and Center of Excellence  Labs ( Platforms,  Storage  and Wi-Fi 802.11 Wireless Networks Labs) in the Wipro Technologies. He has collectively eight years of experience in supercomputing, operating-systems and academia/engineering. Before joining Wipro Technologies, he held management, technical and member of technical staff positions at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), supercomputer division at Bangalore. He applies his business and technical expertise in the  supercomputing, performance engineering in SAN/NAS, computer networks and Wi-Fi and  AI in robotics.

  In 2007, He was an  international keynote speaker at the Computer Measurement Group (CMG) 2007 conference in San Diego, USA and also speaker at other conferences. He  served/serving as a scientific/technical program committee member and reviewer for international conferences of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE)/Association of Computing Machinery(ACM) and  associate-editor/reviewer for  few  international journals. He guided several researchers/students in the supercomputing/robotics/AI projects at C-DAC and IIT in India. He authored several research papers devoted to  HPC, AI , robotics and performance engineering of supercomputing networks and SAN.  He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in electrical and electronics engineering from University of Madras (now Anna University), Chennai, India and a Masters degree in Technology (M.Tech.) in electrical engineering (system engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Roorkee, India.   He is a member of  IEEE, ACM  and CMG]]
