Submissions

It is highly recommended, and mandatory if you choose to publish your paper in IEEE Xplore, to check compliance of the manuscript files by using the PDF eXpress® tool, with the conference Id : 45375X

Be aware that creating an IEEE PDF eXpress™ account and converting or checking the source file may take some time and should not be done at the last minute. It is recommended to check possible compatibility problems early enough by uploading on EDAS a preliminary version. The manuscript can be replaced until the deadline*.

The corresponding track (regular, convened or invited) must be selected for each paper. For a convened session paper, a password will be given to the author by the conveners, in order to be able to finalise the submission.

During the uploading process, authors will be requested to categorise their paper in terms of TWO different conference topics and TWO different application tracks (see the Call for Papers). They will also have the possibility to apply for a EuCAP best student paper award or a thematic best paper award (measurements, propagation, antenna design and applications, EM and antenna theory), see the awards page for full details.
