Accepted papers will be published into International Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by EI Compendex, Scopu and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Prof. Chin-Chen Chang from Feng Chia University, Taiwan,Prof. Qun Jin from Waseda University, Japan, Prof. Ma Maode from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Prof. Liyanage C De Silva from Universiti Brunei Darussalam in Brunei Darussalam will be the keynote speakers.

History

IECC 2019 was held in Okinawa, Japan during 7~9 July, 2019, conference proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7177-3) is archived in the ACM Digital Library, which have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus!

IECC 2020 was scheduled to be held in Singapore, finally held online during July 8-10, 2020 due to the COVID-19,conference proceedings (ISBN 978-1-4503-7221-3) is archived in the ACM Digital Library, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus soon.
