Call For Papers: International Journal on Data Engineering and Management

Data Engineering and Management Foundation (DEMFoundation) is a non profit organization promoting data engineering and data management research worldwide with out any discrimination. It’s acting as a bridge between young and experienced professionals through series of activities such as lectures, conferences and journals. DEMFoundation depends on researchers, academicians and corporate support for bridging relationships with existing engineering organizations. The main purpose of this forum is to promote new research and applications in the filed of Computer science and Engineering and interdisciplinary fields.

The proliferation of the different forms of data and their rich semantics have resulted the needs for sophisticated techniques for in-depth content processing, analysis, indexing, learning, mining, searching, management, and retrieval. The International Journal of Data Engineering and Management (IJDEM) addresses the demanding issues and challenges and publishes original research on new theories, algorithms, technologies, system design, and implementation in multimedia data engineering and management.

The International Journal on Data Engineering and Management (IJDEM) is dedicated to the publications of notable research work that addresses the research and development on issues and challenges related to engineering and management of any for of data. This new peer-reviewed free journal disseminates the findings to larger audience throughout the world as a open-access journal by publishing original research on new theories, algorithms, technologies, design and management of data engineering and data management.

The scope of the journal ranges from theories of data, information, semantics and knowledge to innovative methods, tools and domain-specific applications in all areas related to data. The journal targets researchers and practitioners working on data engineering and data management.

The journal includes, but is not limited to, the following major engineering and technology areas:

•* Informatics: Networks, HCI, Agents, Data Semantics, Medical, Healthcare, Entertainment, Security. •* Storage and web: Databases, Digital Libraries, Social computing. •* Knowledge: Ontologies, Semantic web, Knowledge Technologies •* Retrieval and Discovery: Images, Multimedia, Web, 3D Media, Bio-data, Collaborative data. •* Enterprises: eBusiness, eSociety, eLearning.
