About Mipro 2009

With the 32nd International Convention MIPRO, devoted to information and communication technology, electronics and microelectronics, we enter the fourth decade of its existence and activity. We are convinced that MIPRO 2009 will bring together more than a thousand participants from commerce, science, education, state and local administration and local self-government from Croatia and abroad. It is my pleasure to invite you to submit the abstracts of your presentation for one of our conferences choosing the one into appropriate for your topic. The presentations may contain results of scientific research, development of new products and services, as well as results obtained in doctoral and masters’ theses. We also welcome papers with descriptions of technical, software, hardware and other solutions. We particularly encourage scientific interns and students attending graduate study programs to apply with their papers.

Apart from the conferences we organize tutorials of continuing education, round tables, workshops and a traditional exposition of IT, communications and electronic products and services. We are inviting the producers of such equipment, products and services to use this opportunity to present themselves and their products.

Should you have any proposals which aim at improving and broadening the scope of our conference, please write to us now at the address mipro@mipro.hr and we will discuss your proposals.

Submissions

MIPRO 2009 paper submission process has the following steps.

Step 1: Abstract Submission

Authors should send a 100 word abstract of their paper by application form. by January 12, 2009.

Step 2: Web-based Submission of Full Papers

IMPORTANT: Web-based paper submission of papers in PDF or MS Word format is required for all authors. No email, fax, or postal submissions will be accepted.

Please make sure that your paper is prepared according to instructions for authors.

The deadline for online submission of full papers is February 9, 2009.

Step 3: Author Notification

Authors will receive email notification of acceptance/rejection by March 9, 2009.

Step 4: Web-based Submission of Final Papers (accepted papers only)

Authors of accepted papers are required to revise their papers according to reviewers' comments and to submit final versions of papers in PDF or MS Word format by March 30, 2009. Procedure for submission of final papers is as follows:

• 1)Log into the paper submission system using the same account that you used to submit your full paper(s). Do not create new accounts.
• 2)When you are logged in please click on "My submitted papers" button, where you will find the final paper upload form.
