ICNCT 2019 aims to bring together top researchers around the world to exchange research results and address open issues in all aspects of Network and Computing Technologies.

The former ICNCT conferences had been held in Chengdu (China), Seoul (South Korea), Jeju (South Korea), Rome (Italy), Bali (Indonesia), and Singapore from 2012-2018.
