− | Submitted papers should be of sufficient detail for review by experts in the field. In addition to submitting new results in areas that form the core of information theory, researchers in related fields and researchers working on novel applications of information theory are encouraged to submit contributions. Final papers will be five pages in length. The submission deadline is January 7, 2009 . Detailed information on paper submission, technical program, tutorials, travel, social programs, and travel grants will be announced in the near future.
