Submission Details
Please use the Submission/Registration Server for paper submissions for the IMCL2009 conference. The full paper submission deadline is 15 October 2008. Papers should be submitted using the Electronic Submission Page. All full paper submissions will be reviewed by the International Program Committee. Please use the IMCL2009 Template for your submission.
Instructions for Authors
Please upload the camera ready copy of your papers via the Electronic Submission Page by 15 February 2009. Please follow the format instruction:
- DOC, RTF or PDF-file
- Orientation: portrait (A4)
- Two-column
- Single spaced
- Figures included
- Page numbers beginning with one
Your papers will be published in the proceedings CD of the IMCL2009 conference and possibly in one of the following Supporting Journals:
- International Journal of Interactive Mobile Technology,

Instructions for Poster Presentations
The papers accepted for a poster presentation all appear in the poster stand area. The posters will be at display throughout the entire conference. They should be mounted before Wednesday , 9 a.m. and removed by Friday, 4 p.m. The poster stand area will be situated in the discussion area. Here, coffee will be served and the workshop participants can circulate among the displays during the whole conference. The posters should be attended by the authors during all coffee breaks during conference days. This should ensure that all participants are given sufficient time to examine the posters and discuss with the authors. Please follow the instructions below closely:
- Each author is responsible for preparing his/her display. Stands (height: 100 cm, width: 70 cm.) and tape will be provided by the conference secretariat.
- In any case limit your display to the sizes indicated above.
- It is recommended that lettering and drawings/ figures should be large enough for easy reading from a distance of 2 m
