Xovee Xu was born in Yulin, Shaanxi, China, in 1996. He received the B.S. degree and M.S. degree in software engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, Sichuan, China, in 2018 and 2021, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer science.

His research focuses on understanding information diffusion, user-generated content, and human behaviors in social network.
