Jim I would lean towards no since it's still a dairy prcoudt, but since the whey is filtered out of Greek yogurt I'm not sure if that makes a difference. First, check the nutrition facts to make sure it doesn't have sugar or carbs as sweetener. Even if it doesn't, I'd recommend going without it for a few weeks. Then try adding it in and see if it makes a difference in your results.
