The ninth International Conference on Hybrid Intelligent System
will be held in Shenyang on 12-14 August, 2009.The conference
is hosted by Shenyang Normal University, the Proceeding will
be published by IEEE CS Press. Selected papers will be
published in several Journal Special issues (to be announced).

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Applications
-Soft Computing for Image and Signal Processing
-Intelligent Internet Modeling, Communication and
Networking

-Computational Biology and Bioinformatics
-Intelligent Business Information Systems

-Optimization and Decision Making
-Intelligent Machine Learning
-Intelligent Digital Watermarking and DRM
-Others

Papers are invited from prospective authors with interest on
the related areas. Each paper should consist of a title, authors'
names, postal and email addresses, an up to 150-words
abstract, a two-column body with 4 to 6 single-spaced pages
and with font size at 10 pts. All papers must be submitted
electronically in PDF format only.
