Submissions

Authors are invited to submit papers in PDF format, with a minimum length of two and a maximum length of five A4 pages. Please use the following templates:

  • LaTeX
  • MS Word

The paper must contain enough information for the Technical Programme Committee and reviewers to assess the quality of the work in a single acceptance/rejection review process. Note that the TPC and reviewers will especially care about plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

Submission procedure: Submit your paper online no later than October 18, 2019. The submission requires an EDAS® account, which is free. Please submit

Note, uploading to the convened sessions, scientific workshops, and the bicentennial session requires a password. Please contact the conveners of your session if you have not received it.

During the submission process, authors must specify two application tracks and two conference topics, except for the bicentennial session.

Please note that the author list as entered in EDAS® is final after the submission deadline 18 October 2019 and cannot be changed at any time afterwards.
